I am not sure how your Site C branch operates and what is going on there, but whatever it is please sort it out because its unbecoming for an organisation of your stature and responsibility to just negate duties and be lax about services youre providing because youre aware that theres a shortage of institutions that do what you do.The work you do is crucial - however, I dont think the staff at your Site C Branch understand this.No communication, updates, feedback or courtesy whatsoever - they just accept whatever they are told by government departments without investigating the true nature of what may be happening in a family.Please, sort this branch out.
