Starting out on a new business can be really challenging. Find suitable sources on a topic such as cosmetics and its chemical ingredients such as surfactants, emulsifiers, essential oils, etc can be really complex and can pose big challenges for someone new in this industry. But Courtney Holley went out of her way to assist me and made herself available for any future questions I may have. Every interaction with Brenntag is a nightmare. Orders take far too long to process, they are constantly out of stock, orders are not ready for collection, delivery dates are missed, all the while charging exorbitant rates. To top it off, the sales team remain unapologetic. If you can source whatever you need from any other supplier, do it. Brenntag should be any serious manufacturers last resort. Avoid.
