Forget trying to contact the branch in parow. They advertise on their website to start your own business. Buy to resell. But the worst service ever!! You can email all you want. You wont get any response. I have been trying for weeks now just to get a price list out of them. So clearly they dont want any new customers. Luckily i have found another supplier which is giving excellent customer service.

I ordered 2 balls black summer breeze to their Strand depot but phoned yesterday to tell them my husband would pic them up today because he is in CT. He got there just now they sold 1. Not nice to say over phone you have 2 ....he drove all the way there and you sold 1☹.. . So from now on I will buy elsewhere for all my customers

Impossible to get hold of them and very unprofessional

Im not happy at all I called earlier today and I asked what time you guys are closing I was told you are closing 16:45 I drove all the way from Phillipi I got here 16:40 and the shop is closed already. And your website is saying youre closing 17:00

Its actually zero stars the service is really bad when it comes to deliverys im waiting a week for my order to be delivered and the person working with orders have no clue when i will receive it, its not how you run a bussiness.
