Regret having bought bulk cheese, costing well over R100 per block. White cheddar I bought was dry with hardly any taste upon trying to use it. I could not grate it, but even in an attempt to cut it just crumbled. To my surprise, at submitting a complaint, although I received a voucher - I was told that Ladismith Cheese will hand out vouchers max R100. In this case I would suggest the company limits their portions for sale to R100 as well. In this way to ensure customers are not disadvantaged. Not a good experience ito customer service.

Up until now I had default idea that Ladismith Cheese is top quality. But the Cheddar cheese I bought three days ago is the most terrible tasting cheese.When I apologized to my house guests for offering them this cheese they confessed they took one bite from the cheese but had to spit it out as it is inedible.
