I have been using 4U Cell for the past 6 years and have always been impressed with their good service and friendly attitude. Over the weekend I dropped my phone in water. I took my phone in on Monday at 1pm and was told it would be ready on Thursday afternoon (4 days of no contact. running a small business is extremely stressful) I emailed them on Tuesday at 1pm and asked if there was any way they could speed up the repairs. They replied at 3.30 saying my phone was ready. I could only get there just after their closing time at 6pm (they had stayed for me knowing I was on my way). I pulled out the R1000 I was quoted but the owner told me the damage was not as bad as he had expected and it would be R450 I just wanted to say thankyou so much for the excellent service and for your honesty and integrity if only more businesses did the same. Went to replace a Samsung Tablets screen. They took longer than what was expected, but the reason was that the first screen they tried, they werent happy with the result and therefore ordered a new screen.Now even though they took longer, Im very pleased to know that they will not give you substandard work and the end result I was very pleased with.
