Just found out that my insurance claim was not submitted when I was 2weeks ago at the store eish this is such bad service

Received very good service from Lincoln today regarding an upgrade. He was customer focused, answered all our questions and was knowledgeable about the various options we were interested in.

Went in to upgrade my sons cellphone contract & was assisted by Zubeida Carstens. Was blown away by her great customer service & product knowledge. Informed me about data bundle products I never knew about, which will save me a lot of money monthly. All in all a great experience & we both left happy, which hasnt always been the case.

Absolutely useless place. The staff is unfriendly and didnt have the very simple info that I wanted (good airtime and data packages). I asked for another assistant and got the manager. Also useless also didnt have the info. The first assistant had to print out the entire brochure (+_14 pages) to find something. A very disappointing visit to the store and I wont be working through Cell C.

Good day I just want to say Im very happy and impressed with the customer service I received at Blueroute mall here in Cape town its out of this world. as i enter the door i was welcomed with a smiles of everyone in the shop including the manager on duty I felt at home and belonged thr. Im a tour guide and i have visited so many places bt today Cell C u are on my top list nw. Nailha came to me and asked mi how she cn assist mi and still smiling u cn tell that she loves her job and is enjoying it. so I told her wat I wanted and my problem she quickly sorted mi out in a few minutes and all my questions that I asked her she was so helpful. u might ask why I praising her that much its becoz I had a good experience as a client and so happy to tell the world about it Cell C Blueroute Mall u guys # u rock . Thank u thank u

The service here is not worth one star

Only one new staff member was friendly. REST gave such bad service that I will not return there again. Eventually got help at customer service helpline. Im definitely closing my contract asap.

Really slow. Staff lack training and knowledge.would have given a minus rating if I could. 2 staff to a custoner as they are not aure of their services and still get misinformed. Avoid this cell c store .. has to be the slowest. Long queue wait even if you first in line.

Cell C was the worst phone service at Blue Route. They only helped me a little, they were not a well organized company. In my opinion I think they better get it together. Ive read other reviews at Kenal Walk with Cell C and there were terrible reviews about it. Im a American, and when I was in America Ive experienced better phone services than this. I think the best phone services are, MTN, and Vodacom. This company better get well organized!

Just got out of the store now I wanted to take out two new contacts.This store has the most incompetent staff I have ever seen including the so called manager who didn’t have the balls to come speak to me while hiding in the back.They are an internet service provider who doesn’t know how to use the internet which didn’t work in the store while I was there by the way the consultant kept blaming the router instead of taking ownership.When I ask the consultant simple questions they do not know how to answer and do not know what your products entails or how to explain it needless to say this is the worst in store experience everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrI cancelled both contract applications and when my existing two contracts run out I’ll be cancelling them too 

Problem with my moderm and they cant help me because there isnt a loan unit . But quick to want me to do a early upgrade .
