Mass was beautiful. I enjoyed every bit of it

I live in Brazil and am used to a different kind of church so I was not over impressed by the church which looks Anglican to me. I initially thought the priest at todays mass was a posh Englishman. However in his sermon he told us he had been an officer in the South African army and spoke about his personal experiences. Much better than the usual homilies that I dont usualy even listen to.

Went in, couldnt find Jesus anywhere. What a hoax. Good wine & bread though.

A welcoming Mass, all present participate and just as in times past the priest comes to the door of the church to greet the faithful. I especially enjoyed the fact that they had the ordinary of the Mass to guide the response primarily to non-English speakers.

Being a Catholic when I am abroad I look for a church for the Holy Mass I found this beautiful church and the mass emotionally attended by the faithful
