Excellent home made food - that was a year ago and today I was invited back for the breaking of fast. A simply wow experience.The Food Basket catering company was started in February 1999 to provide strictly halaal delicacies and cuisine. They supply corporates, tour groups, hotels and restaurants and even cater for private functions which is what I was invited to at their premises.What an array of food to break ones fast on. From finger foods like samoosas, pies, pizza, springrolls to a meal to chose from either chops, pasta, veggies, etc. There was also a variety of salads to choose from. Then for dessert there was another array that simply filled my stomach.They offer a wide selection of Eastern and Western dishes with over 300 items on their menu - however prospective clients can select their own combination of finger foods or main meals. They quote based on that and they willingly go the extra mile to accommodate clients needs. They also offer a delivery and collection service.
