Placed an order with the company online (they had an option for friday in which i could have it delivered at 6pm). Why have the friday 6pm delivery if they cant deliver. They offered a refund atleast but when i brought up the issue they were snarky and said Perhaps it will be best for you to find a service provider who can better accommodate your requirementsUpdate: Our telephonic conversation was based on the 5th being booked (i called to collect since that would make it logically easier and therefore no delivery needed) unlike the 4th which was all clear and stilll available for orders and delivery.Ive just went to review your website again but unlike for the 5th which is greyed out because you are fully booked, the 4th is still available for orders/ delivery ? So Id like to ask why its okay that i could collect on the one day but not the other ? If youre not capable of fulfilling your orders please do not advertise that you are.

I ordered a Savoury Canapé Platter and a number of Best Of Cape Town picnics to share with friends for my 50th birthday and wow, Picnic Company went so far beyond my expectations that I still have a smile on my face. Every last bit of those picnics was delicious - the bobotie and snoek pâté in particular were some of the best Ive ever had. Even better was the friendly, professional service - they packaged everything perfectly to keep it cool for the day and delivered it right on time and with a smile.
