I just wish to state that I am very happy with the supply and installation of my shade carport provided by Pro Shades. This is my second supply and install job I had done by Pro Shades. The workers are highly skilled and professional. Both jobs were done exactly as I required and more. Thank you Victor Tajoodien and his skillful & professional teams. I am highly satisfied and you guys come highly recommended!

Work done not too bad but as one of the customers said, after sales services is non existing! They do not response after numerous calls and were very proud to give a ten year guarantee!I wont recommend them at all. Victor never reply and never keep his promises.

The work completed by the company was good, however, the after sale service is non-existing.I had a blind installed on the 06 August 2020 and had a small problem. I called the salesman on numerous occasions, sent messages over a long period and am still yet to have my problem sorted. The promises and excuses from the salesman come very easily, but the fulfilment thereof is non existent. He even promised me a blind sweeping which was supposedly part of their service provided, but nothing materialized.It is really sad, as after the sale was done, so was the service.
