A bizarre type of service. Needed a spring clean of our 1-bed apartment, crew arrived on top and set about their work purposefully. Strangely though one felt compelled to only focus on windows (there are about 4 of them in the apartment), which he spent a total of around 2.5 hours on. His colleague cleaned bathroom and then spent an hour cleaning the inside of the fridge, even though I had said that was not necessary. End result was that by the time supervisor returned at 3pm (they had been going at it since 9.30am and supposed to be done by 1.30), no hoovering or mopping had happened and the apartment was still dirty. Half of the area underneath the sofa had been done, not the other half, visible dust and dirt on all floors. Rush job ensued to finish up so they could go home, which they did at 4pm with the apartment in the end just about cleaned but certainly not to the level you would expect once two people had been there 6.5 hours! I didnt even object to the fact the small balcony had not been cleaned as just needed them out of the house at that point. Would not recommend, inefficient, and I heard cleaner claim to his supervisor that he had hoovered and mopped the living room when that was patently not the case. Company has since blamed the delay on thick dust but since no effort was made to tackle anything other than windows or the fridge in the first 4 hours of the clean that doesnt really stand up to scrutiny.
