I recently had the pleasure of visiting Plaza Boards. We only had rough sketches of the kitchen we wanted but had no idea which boards to choose etc. We had the pleasure of meeting Nasley and she was FANTASTIC. She really knew her stuff and was able to give us so many options and explained so many things to us. We eventually ended up purchasing a show kitchen which saved us so much money. Unlike so many other businesses Nasley was so patient and took the time to answer all our questions. She even worked through her lunch hour just so that we could make informed decisions. I would most definitely go back for all my future purchases.

Besides waiting over an hour for 1 cut, service was good and staff were friendly and helpful.

Waste of time, just wanted to get two plain chipboard cut in a few pieces. Waited more than an half an hour while waiting and listening to staff chit-chat and give no service to me as the customer. Wouldnt Waste my time again going to this place....

The quality of your work is goosld & the price is reasonable, the only thing I hate with passion is the fact the shop is completely closed between 13h00 and 14h00 because everyone is on lunch break, I do not understand that the whole workforce can take lunch at the same time. My suggestion is that they should take turns, the shop must be operational the whole day.It is not cool to be told to wait a whole hour.

A big fan of Plaza Boards with their pricing number 1 and the friendly staff number 2. Thanks to Adelah for assisting me with multiple quotes and having the patience with me as I amended 3 times until client was satisfied so thank you Adelah. Then another thumbs up to Naz for getting back to me on how far my order was even though there was delays due to machine out of operation she made it really pleasant in dealing with her and for her efforts in assisting me with all my queries. These two ladies deserves an increase Mr Boss as they are awesome to deal with and makes me come back to Plaza Boards all the time, they are fantastic staff and I love dealing with them. I am dissapointed in the service. Firstly I had to stand and wait for phone calls to be answered. Secondly I had to call and ask about my delivery and wait until the person finished their private audible conversation. Nobody got back nor apologized that my boards was delivered later than promised. The boards were damaged in some places, there was even an area that was seemingly smeared with something to cover the damage. Some boards did not have edging I had to purchase it myself. I am in the process of renovating I will not use this company again due to Soddy work, lack of communication and also the lady Adilah paulse that did my order she can get some training in customer skills Its a company an not a house where you working.Fiona
