Absolutely shocking...a disgrace...stay away!!!

An unfortunate experience.Weve been very patient, kind & understanding concerning faults, but I am very disappointed in the lack of service. Ive requested quotations on braai doors countless amounts of times since March/April and other recent extras only to be ignored. Until one of their employees (Chris) OFFERED to do the work for me, which I was obviously happy to accept as I wanted it done & HH wasnt interested.I paid the guy R800 deposit for the braai doors and a cupboard (materials). Weeks later after I had to track him down & chase him, being told lies after lies - he eventually came out (by force) after hours and installed the cupboard which was made with off cuts, different colour material, and chipped reject materials. I wasnt happy with the chipped cupboard as the chips were poorly covered up with silicone, therefor I declined further work to be done by him and requested my deposit for the braai doors back. Still waiting, the guy didnt buy materials, he spent my money and obviously used his bosss rejected materials - gone is he with my money, oh and a faulty plasma TV he asked for. Disgusted.
