My car looks brand new when I leave there! Staff is always friendly and because they have more than 1 person working on your car, you dont end up waiting too long.

Its always a pleasure coming here! The owner is on scene and if ur waiting, theyl even offer u coffee 😅 affordable prices for quality work and smiles all the way. I do however feel i should mention that my seats werent returned to an upright position which made the job feel a bit unfinished and i didnt sedm them sanitize my keys before returning - a precaution id like given the pandemic

Always a pleasure to deal with Mike. Efficient, fast and friendly. My cars always come back in pristine condition after the wash, no matter which package I select.. Despite the many car washes in my area, I will always make a mission to Mike to have my car sorted out. Will be visiting you guys again very soon!On weekends when its busy, the wait is not too long at all, theres a cafe around the corner to grab a coffee while you wait as well. Mike always makes sure that before any car leaves, it has been cleaned properly, which is a real nice touch. Keep up the good service guys!

While my car was in for repairs I had a loan car made available to me. Decided to give it a wash and vacuum before giving it back, and decided on this carwash due to the high review ratings.I was pleasantly impressed with the great service, from the moment I arrived i was made to feel welcome. The manager checked in halfway through to see if Im still ok with everything.Opted for the mini valet (R120) and in my opinion that is great value for money when you see the sparkle of your vehicle when they are done with it.Now i only need to go and get my own car dirty so I can bring it in for a fantastic carwash experience here.Thank you for a job superbly done.You won yourself a future regular customer.

You wait quite a while, but so worth it. Our cars haven’t been this clean in ages! :)

We have been customers for a few years but today car was washed as usual and when taken out for drying was left in sun to dry in the sun as staff ignored instructions to dry it and merely continued to work on car next to ours. There were 5 staff working on other car - 4 drying and one vacuuming.Not our usual service experience 🙄

The best car wash in the Burgundy Estate area. Queues can be very long on Saturdays with 1-1.5 hours waiting time. But go down toward the Checkers and enjoy a breakfast and coffee at Love Cake Café while your car is made spotless. R115 Mini Valet highly recommended.

Amazing friendly service. Moved into Burgundy Estate recently and needed my car to get cleaned. The best part is it is close to a local grocery store so I could drop off my car and go do my shopping. Came back with my shopping to a wonderful clean car. All the staff were so friendly from the guys cleaning the car to the ladies doing the cleaning of the car interiors. Be prepared to wait in a que as they are very popular. No surprise there after my experience today. Will most definitely be back again and will tell all my friends in the surrounding areas as well.

Best car wash ever, a bit busy sometimes but I can understand why. Friendly staff and always does a great job of cleaning my vehicle.

Good quality product used. This car wash is extremely popular so theres always a queue but its worth the wait.

Reasonable prices and a job fairly well done. Unfortunately a baseball cap that was left in the vehicle, dissapeared.

The car wash was good but the wait is quite bad. I reccomend going as early as possible to avoid the congestion.

Worst car wash experience ever!!!So i just came from the car wash after sitting there for just over 3hours!!!I paid for a mini valet, but when my car came, it had watermarks, the roof was still dirty, no detailing done and no air freshener.I had to turn around and ask them to spray some air freshener.The guy that greeted me at the counter seemed friendly and professional, but that does not make up for pathetic service i received.Im truly disappointed and will never sit foot there again and will never recommend it to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!Worst experience of my life!!When I booked my car in I made it clear that it was very dirty (being a farm car) and the young gentleman behind the counter suggested a mini valet.A short while later the owner phoned and took to saying (in a very degrading manner) how he had never seen such a dirty car and it’s going to cost extra (the costing extra is fine, but the manner in which he was talking was NOT, AND I would have just appreciated them taking note when I booked the car in and TOLD them how dirty it is)Then after I say it’s fine to pay extra, he keeps going on and on about how dirty the car is and every time he finished I attempted to try to say it is fine and remind him not to silicone the inside of the car, but EVERY time I start talking then he just starts speaking again over me. LITERALLY EVERY TIME, until eventually I just start saying “Hello, HELLO! HELLOOOO!!! Until I was eventually shouting to get a word in edge wise!THEN instead of actually listening to his customer he starts over saying how can I raise my voice at him and BRINGS RACE into it and tells me Just because he’s Indian I can’t treat him like that!!!! I’d LIKE you to know that one of my BEST friends is Indian!!!! I don’t see race, my friends are of all races, religions and beliefs!!!!! So for you to imply that I’m racist is HIGHLY infuriating and offensive. And NOT the way you treat a customer!!!!I guess I should have listened to the neighbors and friends who warned us NOT to make use of your facility. From denting vehicles and cars being returned half cleaned , your reputation already proceeds you!So my advice to you is to:1) Take some lessons in basic customer care, because they way you treated me today was DISGUSTING!2) Learn to LISTEN when your customers give you information and NOT to speak over them. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, that BASIC business etiquette.

Don’t ever take your car here to be cleaned! Pathetic owner and service. My car boot was not cleaned - the rubber mat still has sand as it needs to not just be dusted but also rinsed with water, the windscreen still had wipe marks across from a dirty rag, the boot window had a sticky substance on it which the manager lied is chemicals but I know it was a fruit that smashed against the boot window when closing it on a picnic basket, the cup holders were not wiped inside so was still sticky, the carpets are not vacuumed to perfection as sand is still all over and he charged me an extra R20 to wash one mat. The owner refused to even give me a discount for the poor cleaning quality yet overcharged me and then said it had to do with water restrictions and the chemicals used - that mat is still not spotless. This is the first time I have been here and will never return. I usually clean my car at the Paddocks undercover-parking car-wash and it is always spotless as they inspect the entire body of the car with a torch to esure every fingerprint or wipe mark is taken off! And it costs R99 as opposed to R130 and takes 45mins. The inside is also polished - which was not even the case with his slap dash job that took 1.5 hours. Horrible service! Not worth your money.
