Had a fantastic experience. My car needed some repairs and many other general car shops either couldnt help me or charged a small fortune. The mechanics easily found the problem which was a much better fix than what other shops thought and my car is now good as new! Very Happy and I will go back!

This was the first time using French Car Center but I will definitely be back every year for my annual car service. They were FANTASTIC! Well organised, professional and well priced. As I live far away, I informed them I would wait for my car in their waiting area. On arrival, they gave me the wi-fi password, settled me in to their lounge and immediately started work on my car. And 2 hours later they were done - major service, car cleaned and vacuumed:) :) Excellent, friendly and professional service. THANK YOU!

Awesome advise given and my Frenchman is on the road again

I brought my Peugeot convertible to the French Care Centre when the roof mechanism wasnt working properly. Warren went out of his way to show me/us the results of the diagnostic test he ran and did a very thorough job in determining the problem and working with me/us on a solution, They even managed to fit in the work before the end of the year, even though they were already quite busy with other jobs. Matilda kept me informed at all times and was very accommodating about dropping off and fetching the car when it was most convenient for me.Im always a bit nervous about car repairs as I am not a mechanic and could easily be taken advantage of, but Warren (and Gerard) were very honest and the entire process was less expensive than I thought it would be (far less than what the Peugeot dealership quoted). I would definitely recommend then to anyone looking for knowledgeable, skilled, hard working, honest team who go above and beyond what a new customer could expect in terms of service and satisfaction.

I was very impressed with the service and frienlyness

I purchased a Renault Clio 1.4 16v last week and it needed a service. I checked the search engine and I noticed French Car Centre. I checked the comments and decided to give them the opportunity to assist hoping that I would receive great service and maybe a wow as well. I booked the vehicle in which was hassle free, a uber driver was arranged for me to get to work. A minor service, a few bulbs and a check over later they called to inform me that my vehicle was done later the day. I collected the vehicle, discussed all other issues and pricing to get them sorted. I got in the vehicle which was cleaned nicely and my radio which needed a code before was playing. The agents was going to charge me for this and they did it as a courtesy, my wow. They even got my airbag light off which I forgot to mention to them when I made the booking. Thanks for the extra mile on this one guys. You will be seeing me again soon.

Asked them to check recently replaced thermostat, they said it was fine but the radiator needed replacement. I self diagnoses that the thermostat was indeed faulty and coolant leak was coming from bleed valve, no radiator replacement needed. When quoting for thermostat replacement their price was the same as Puegot agents, eventually had it done at kwikfit for half the price. To add insult to injury they added their logo to the vehicles back window without permission... stay very far away.

Took my my car with a oil leak had to return it 4times telling me a lot of statements very disappointed after paying close to 15000 had to take the car to someone else who fixed the oil leak at a better price they told me that i had to replace my oil pump wich the other mechanic confirmed that it had no fault at all i wonder what other parts were said to have been replaced and were never replaced that was a set back for me
