Great experience! Stefan was so helpful. The service was quick and we werent bothered for all kinds of additional things like you often are with services.

The receptionist is very nice and professional. However, I am not too happy with the service they carried out on my car. When I took my car in, the engine sound was quiet and nice. Now after they did the service, it started making weird noise, misfiring and shaking when idling. I had to drive back so that they fix the spark plugs. It got better, still not 100% like before. The car still shakes sometimes when idling and loses power. And now I hear the ticking noise from the engine. I think they couldve done better in terms of plugs fitting. Its ether they are not installed properly or they fongkong. I hope this is not damaging my engine.

Absolutely blown away by this team of pros. I’m not from CT so didn’t know what service provider to use for issues on my Audi Q5 so went with the company that had the best reviews. I now see why their reviews are great and they deserve every star! . SUCH amazing service! Thank you to Stefan and the team for being so helpful in checking out my car and fixing the odd rattle. I walked in there knowing nothing about cars and not really being able to explain clearly what was wrong, but they managed to decipher the umms and aaahs and made sure my car was in tip top shape when I collected - all free of charge. Such incredible service. I walked into the workshop Friday afternoon as my car would not start. 10 minutes later Stefan towed me into the workshop. One hour later my car was ready. There may well be a lot of good reviews and perhaps we were just that car. We experienced the exact opposite of good service. The car was received two days later (which happens) but they somehow managed to flatten the battery and had to jump-start the car. Then told us hey told to go charge it elsewhere. Not even the decency to correct their mistake. First and last time.

This branch is one of the best around, friendly and accommodating with very competitive prices on repairs.Before the team goes ahead with a task they tell you the price and if the parts are available and most of the time they are!
