The vehicle hire was fine until the vehicle failed and caused damage which they charged me. After a long tussle it was credited excluding interest.The replacement vehicle was handed over without paperwork even requested. Now i am being charged for their negligence for damage on vehicle as I received it. Still fighting the matter and no feedback.Cant open statements as password doesnt work.After service is shocking!!!

Had to waite an hour and a half in a que. This place is worse than home affairs. Avoid at all costs. No management presence no nothing.They cut back on staff due to Covid but cannot cope. You will get an ID document faster at home affsirs

PAY ATTENTION IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL TOURIST! DO NOT USE AVIS.Worst experience in my life with a car rental! After trying to steal my money for a damage never done (I successfully had my money back) I still I havent got my deposit back and the rental ended in august. The only thing they do is blame your bank. FRAUD

Avis Rent-A-Car offers great service and they definitely go out of their way for clients. I was offered a choice between any of the Group B cars available (2018 Polo Vivo, 2017 Ford Fiesta and 2017 Ford Figo) and all the various options and additional insurances I could take during my rental term.It was a long term rental and I was told that the Avis Rent A Car staff could even collect the car when I collect my vehicle from the Panel Beater.I will recommend Avis Rent-A-Car for all your car rental needs.
