Got double charged on my card

The service at this shop is disgusting. I greeted the staff (3 people) at the counter and asked for help, they proceeded to ignore me while carrying on with their conversation until I had to shout Please can I have some service! an employee then begrudgingly helped without so much as an apology. The shop was empty and so I was literally the only customer there. I really hope the levels of service improve.

Very unhappy staff leads to very bad service. The owners have no idea what they are doing...

Bad experience and poor service. The staff we unfriendly hardly bothered to communicate with us. Were first in line paid and still had everything else in front of us served popcorn before being just handed a empty packet having not said anything. Finally headed over to get it our selves assuming this was meant by the gesture. Only to be pushed out of the way and told no by a very rude employee. Im sure the service is normally good but unfortunately due to one bad apple I do not ever want to go back.

Experience not good .. Lady plays her music loud and her attitude is really bad..did not speak a word to me from the moment I walked in until I left with my overpriced pack of mints
