Poor customer service, staff not helpful. No one offered assistance. I’m very disappointed

Service was nothing less than pathetic. Ladies unhelpful.. To busy folding bags discussing their personal lives. I visited their Somerset Mall branch yesterday what a breath of fresh air those girls were.

Bought some oil diffusers and scented oils and Im IN LOVE! They were really kind to set them aside for me (they sell out fast, at least at the other stores they do).They burners are so gorgeous, intricate and such a good value for money considering the price of scented candles and other fragranced items. The scent is absolutely beautiful and definitely adds to making my home smell more homey! Perfect for our new house.The clothing is also gorgeous and wonderful quality - always get complimented when Im wearing my Poetry dresses! Lovely store.

Poetry is a bit on the expensive side but you get your moneys worth because of their focus on quality and style. I also like the fact that they stock the same beautiful items/designs in different colours/fabrics or with slight tweaks or updates accross seasons. It is great to find beautiful designs sold consistently. This gives you the chance to build a more classic than fast-fashion-only wardrobe and also to create a unique uniform that allows you to consistently express your style with ease. In this way you only need a few new items to change up your look when a new season comes. I would like to see more locally made clothing items though.

So pleased with the customer service I received a couple of months ago. After a recent shocking experience at Zara, it made me think of how well Poetry has treated me in the past. That is how you retain customers. Thanks again!

One of my favourate clothing stores. Love love love their dresses bought quite a few. Just dabbki with their takes bought a pair and I love it. Elegant and stylish clothes yet not breaking the bank!!!

Lovely store, eclectic items. In most good shopping centers.
