I like to congratulate Fritz van Zyl for his excellent customer service when I purchased a Hero GoPro Action camera last Saturday. Fritz went the extra mile for me to order the Water Proof Housing and Handler for my Hero GoPro. He deserves 10 out of 10 for his outstanding service as he is extremely knowledgeable with cameras. To all I recommend Fritz because he goes the extra mile for customers who want to pursue photography needs.

Exceptional service! Staff is extremely friendly and eager to offer advice. The store is never as busy as the Cape Town branch so the turnaround time is quite short. They dont always get the dimensions correct, though, which is a slight downside - if you have to trim your own prints before they can fit into frames, you lose a little bit of trust... But otherwise, top notch.

Only thing I dont like about Orms is that I can never walk out of the place without buying something 🤣Always had amazing service, free sensor cleaning and top it off with the highest quality products.They are our complete go-to and backup when it comes to gear.Safe to say lifetime customer as Ive been using them for over 5 years now 😁

I ordered Items for my GoPro online, the order indicated there was sufficiant stock and the order went through. Two weeks after I placed my order, I was told there is no stock, and that stock would only arrive in 2021. I was offered a refund. I had to wait over a month for my credit, I will never order from ORMS again, your systems are flawed, and the refund process is just pathetic.

Such an inspirational place to walk into as a photographer. Orms in Bellville may not be enormous inside, and can easily become crowded due to lack of wide open space, however the setup is simply fantastic. Cappuccinos are on offer also and the smell of coffee only adds to the warmth. The staff are also knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Much more could be said, but to sum it all up, I have never seen any reason why I would even want to look at another place to deal with when it comes to my photographic needs in Cape town.

You feel at home when you enter there. There are also reserved parking spaces, wich makes it convenient.
