What a poor company.The only thing that made me stick for 10 months at this place would be providing. The people that started with me and got a higher promotion then me are apalling they treat you like you a nothing. Management disgusted me. As they only care about reaching target setting expectations with customer. We as thee advisor just had to sit and stuck it up. My previous managers and my friends made my day everyday at work that was the definition of good management skills. I miss the first 5 months of working for webhelp. After pay queries never stopped and all the new managers just was so mean and threw company policies in everyone faces..Disgusting . Dont care about anyone but themselves.

They offer something that is beautiful to the ear but dont deliver on the promises and is one of the underpaying contact centres.The company has great potential but there is a breakdown somewhere when it comes to service delivery. The perfect comparison would be our Government. Promises 100% - Delivery 35%.

I worked for WebhelpSA under the Unilever campaign where I was mistreated by the operations manager and the manager as well, my pay slip would come after receiving my short wages, the operation manager would tease me and would always throw shade at me which led me not wanting to be at work. The manager is doing money laundering which I took R500 from her but I resigned before getting paid and as expected as what they do best I received a short wage from them which made it impossible for me to pay her I requested that they send me my pay slip so that I can check but no they did not the sister of the manager called me and threatened to hire men to kill me because I have not payed her money due to my short wage which they did not pay. I am her to ask for help from anyone that can assist me to find justice because My children and my family is not safe.

The absolute worst company to work for. They lie to employees about incentives and have pay queries every month end. No real growth, underqualified management and ultimately is a modern day sweatshop.

Its a Call Centre for the UK. The place is very professional in all aspects from the time you sign in to enter the building to bring assisted by their Human Resource department.
