For the cake that we ordered and delivered the next day (on a Sunday!), it is definitely worth the price. Beautifully made and tasted divine. Will most certainly buy from them again.

The unicorn cupcakes are lovely! There was just one snag: I asked for blue paper around the cup cakes because its for a boys baby shower, but they were delivered in pink cups. Luckily there is enough blue in the icing, though.

I have been standing in front of your Tygervalley store for over 20mins (been timing it). The sign inside says that you will be back in 5mins. I have seen atleast two other customers leave because they saw the doors closed. Times are tough for businesses and you are throwing income down the drain.

I only discovered the velvet cake co. about a month ago. I went in to go buy a cupcake and after that I was hooked. been there everyday since (picking up weight is a down side) just very disappointed that my 21st birthday is coming up and I would love to have a custom cake made unfortunately they only have a few cakes to choose from witch I dont like that much and therefore have to go to another place.

I ordered two cakes, the chocolate sprinkles, which was amazing and the presentation perfect. The other was the red velvet with frosting and although the taste was nothing to fault on, the cake tiers had collapsed and i had to try and salvage it prior to my function. (Unfortunately i wasnt able to serve it)The positives are that these cakes are such good value for money as it could serve so many people and the service was really awesome.

I needed to buy 30 cup cakes for a gathering but had to do this early in the morning. I got to Tygervalley Velvey Cake shop at 8h30. The door was wide open, and shelves stocked, but the lady said she cant help me before 9am (official opening time). Although I explained it was urgent/emergency, she clearly did not feel like talking to me (or anyone) and asked me to leave. I wont support a business that doesnt bother to attempt good customer service.
