We did a pool decking installation at a new house build in 2015.Graeme was there supervising every step of the way to help with the whole process. His positive attitude, friendly smile and fix for all issues was amazing.Now 5 years later, some maintenance was required due to damage caused by heavy seasonal rains and its effects on the pool.Graeme was still the same friendly, go getter person from 5 years previous. Used bamboo Warehouse for a new kitchen counter top and kitchen cabinet. The product is really good quality and it is as environmentally friendly as possible. We had really good experiences with the sales team - many thanks to Amber (and Joseph). Showroom service was good with innovative thinking, emails were promptly answered, and after sales were attentive. This is a great product to use in your home and great company to contact.

Its been 10 years since Bamboo Warehouse installed my composite deck. I have not needed to do any maintenance at all to the deck and it looks exactly the same as the day they installed it. If this was a wooden deck I would have had to have sanded and sealed it a few times, and by now I would be paying for a new deck. Thank you for this amazing product. I also love the fact that my deck is made from sustainable and recycled products.

Excelent customer service and beautiful product.I am very happy and satisfied that I went with Bamboo warehouse.

Decking solutions from Bamboo Warehouse unfortunately inferior and simply do not last. We installed the broad plank composite product at our Cape Town holiday home - which looked good for the first 12 months. Hereafter it started wobbling, has huge problems with heat/cold expansion/contraction (much more so than wood), the product is brittle and now simply started disintegrating in places - resulting in outright dangerous situation if one steps on the deck. In short - rather go for conventional wood. I strongly doubt whether the premium product from Bamboo Warehouse contains any bamboo after all - from how brittle it has become - my guess is it is made from recycled refuse bags? After-sales service also questionable.

I have recycled an old bamboo cot and bamboo warehouse cut and treated the wood, so it became kitchen counter tops. I’m extremely happy with the outcome and the professional service of Kim and the team in the workshop.

It was the only one of 5 companies that came back after a telephone inquiry. Every appointment is punctual nightly. The four craftsmen who put in the floors were friendly and considerate and worked fast and fast. Also, they finished sooner than planned and left my house clean. I am very satisfied. I would recommend your company. As a joking joke, I wonder why you dont take over from Eskom!
