Be warned! Dont do business, contracts or data Sims at this store, management has pathetically poor customer service skills, the store contact number is also never available, Ive been with mtn for 15 years and now moved over to vodacom, mtn is useless, the Mitchells plain Westgate Mall branch is just as pathetic and forever offline cant help with even the smallest query. Based on other reviews you will realize im speaking truth and not just making up stories

Applied for WiFi router that was in a pending status for TWO WEEKS only to be told that theres nothing we can do. Pathetic service!!! Cannot even follow up as their phones are never answered. absolutely shocking!!!!!

Absolutely putrit service!! Extremely hopeless with helping of anything...a friend of mine went in because mtn had let her know that they owe her money she went and they keep asking her ID and cell number to get her details... But they have it and everytime she go there they said its closed amd they must open it again, its extremely bad so now what is the point... Must one go in everytime to ask for your money back but the moment you owe them they quick to phone yoy and ask for thr money whole time... Im disappointed in mtn really, and im with their networkm.. Im not going to be with this network again its not something i wana be associated with if thry gona provife this bad service, im giving 1 star bc i cant give minus stars😌

Kakkest and slowest flipping service I have ever gotten in a store. Like I have the time to waste standing for 20 mins in the damn store with 2 beyond slow attendants. What the hell is wrong with you people? This is the very reason I changed to Telkom. Absolutely pathetic

Extremely disappointed in the service recieved by MTN Vangate. I took my phone in for repairs on the 14th of March and was told that it would take about a month for it to be repaired. I followed up with the branch to confirm how far the phone was and they said the phone has not arrived and was told to call the repaire centre. When i called the repair centre they told me the phone wasnt there and went to the warehouse. This was a month after I gave the phone in. When I went to the branch they said that the repair centre moved and the courier company wasnt given notice of this and they didnt know where the phone is. After my constant nagging they tracked down the phone to DSV the courier company. They finally got the phone and the phone was collected and taken to the mtn repair centre. Then when i followed up again they said mtn repair ventre couldnt fix this and it would need to go the LG repair centre. This was more than a week of having the phone at mtn repair centre after its was so called marked URGENT. If it wasnt for my constant nagging they would ahave taken longer to send the phone away. On the 21st of May I got a call from LG repair centre to say thwy just gdot the phone and I would need to pay as the warrenty was finished in the 1st week of May. I am not sure why i should pay as the phone was taken in more than 2 months ago and till this day i havent recieved the phone. Keep getting lame excuses from MTN Vangate and paying for a device I am not using. So sick of this ****. I have been a loyal mtn customer since 2013.
