Ladies and gents, people will give bad review if they feel entitled to more..I had a month-long horrible experience with MTN online/direct, but at the end of it, without making a single cent out of me.. The 3 guys at MTN Ottery sorted me out.Down to earth, not there to fluff your ego..Told me the facts, had me go back the next day as they had to wait for something on the system to change over and when I went back, sorted me out without long stories.@ Zaid and team mates, thanks for the service and laughs.

Come all the way here thinking I would get assistance only to find the shop closed before trading hours.Do yourself and everyone else a favor and change your trading hours online.This is an example of incompetence at its finest.
Customer service is really poor at the store, staff has a dont care attitude, if you call the store wanting to speak to an agent they take your nr but never call you back, its so frustrating Im so disappointed I took out contracts at this branch, theyll never see me again
