We were told that our PABX system would cost us R3626.86 and R3281.12 (for each premise inluding VAT) per month by Scott and Ruan in Cape Town. But we were debited R6785.74 and R6138.87 (R6000 more than quoted).We were told that the Huge Telecom bill was to be around R2276.72 and R2136.70 but R3527.03 and R3161.21 was debited (R2200 more than quoted).Scott also said that they would cover our Telkom bills of approx R5000.00 so that we would not have two sets of accounts in the month of April 2019.I am yet to receive money from any of the above mistakes / promises.I wish I had listened to bad reviews on the internet before going ahead with the above and not been convinced by their smooth talk.I am sitting short about R13 200.00 at the moment.
