The staff is good but they cant help you

Even 1 star is a disservice to how terrible the service that this company offers.I have had 5 months wasted on dealing with SEDA for a loan application for a start-up business. The staff, and in particular Zanele P, have been absolutely useless and unprofessional. It would be a wise idea to not even bother with applying for financing through SEDA. The excuses of not replying, calling back or even responding to email while being lead to believe that the loan is feasible, have been unbelievable.I have sent them all the documentation requested almost on the same day that they requested the documentation. Followed up everyday and now only, after 5 months of following up, theyve asked for more documentation and if that documentation is correct, they could potentially offer me a loan, which will take another 6 weeks to process.It is absolutely disgusting and a disservice to South African entrepreneurs the service that SEDA pretends to offer.
