THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THAT AN INCORRECT ONLINE ORDER WAS DISPATCHED TO ME. HOW DO YOU DISPATCH A WRONG PRODUCT TO A CUSTOMER? THEN IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF ANY HUMAN AT WEYLANDTS. PLUS THEIR ONLINE CONSULTANTS WILL TAKE UP TO 2 DAYS TO CONTACT YOU ONCE YOU HAVE SENT A MAIL REGARDING THEIR MISTAKE! REALLY BAD

Absolutely appalled by their service. First they deliver broken and cracked items, then when you want to phone head office they already closed before 4 pm and are only available again on Monday 9am. When you want to get hold of an operator it just keeps on repeating their names, and after selecting to leave a voicemail so that the operator can get back to you they say the inbox is too full they can no longer take any messages. On top of this all, they replaced the one item with the incorrect one.just shocking

Big ups to any Weylandts current, new and potential customers.Weylandts tries to strive for high quality and has ridiculously high prices but sells products that are worse quality than what you will get at a Chinese market and when you bring an item back for poor quality they refuse to refund you the money!Think twice before buying from them.

Great spot to view the products showroom. Very welcoming reception and a really awesome big showroom and offices.

They have a great canteen thats open to the public. Food is really top notch, feels like youre getting five star food

Its impossible 2 get thru 2 some1 @ Cape Town head office . Ive been cut off several times after trying 2 lodge a complaint. This is not good for a company who prides itself on product
