Very poor service!Booked online for Robben Island and due to lockdown it got cancelled.Tried to reschedule to the first available trip the 2nd of Jan 9h00. Got a message cannot move tickets due to price incompatible ticket prices. Nowhere given the option to pay extra difference (amount).Due to this problem we lost the trip as we are leaving for home on 3rd of January 2021.Called for assistance to reschedule this morning but not very helpfull. Call forward to helpdesk 4 times before I got some kind of assistance. Not friendly or helpful at all.Will only be refunded after 7 days!

I cannot enter my race due to a glitch on Webtickets system. I’ve tried 5 times and still unsuccessful. This is the first time it has happened since I’ve been with Webtickets but none the less, I’m unhappy as my race closes today.

Always a pleasure to buy tickets from Webtickets. I love their paperless approach which saves a lot of frustration as well as a bit of planet. I was especially impressed recently when my transaction went through twice (my banks fault for displaying an error when the transaction went through). Webtickets issued a refund within 3 business hours. ;-)

I used to think Webtickets was an efficient service. This all changed after a Galileo show was cancelled and I needed to get a refund. I submitted my request and waited the 10 working days and no refund. Only once I contacted them again did they tell me my refund failed and that I need to supply my bank details. Surely they shouldve contacted me to make me aware of this, makes me feel like they were hoping I would forget about it. After I replied with my bank details I heard nothing, I contacted them again and was told I need to wait another 7 working days. It shouldnt be this difficult and take this long to get ones money back. They take your money instantly but make it a time consuming drawn out hassle to get it back. I will avoid using this platform in the future

I have gone to a number of events where Webtickets was the ticket service provider and I have not had a bad experience. Their staff are friendly and organised and willing to help. The online system is quick and easy to use, plus the P+P service makes paying effortless! Keep up the good work guys!

Spent two and a half hours in a line to buy varsity cup tickets. The system was incredibly slow and would only serve about 1 person every two minutes and there were about 60 people in the line. The staff kept dropping the equipment once we did get to the front and then their machines lost power. The whole area had power except for their machines. They then charged my friend twice because they couldnt remember if they had charged him before the power went out. Undoubtedly the worst experience buying tickets in my life. Ill try my best to avoid webtickets for the rest of my life.

Terrible, waited in line (in the sun) for 2 hours to get to the front because there was only one ticket booth and the staff were painfully slow. When I reached the front the system crashed and they didnt make an effort to fix it. Their cash register also fell on the floor and probably broke, their credit card machine fell on the floor while my card was in it - luckily it didnt break. This was a bad experience. This was a very bad experience.
