Safe travels and have ticketbooth and is safe as there are security guards and a bus inspector

Poor service. My 6pm bus to Bonteheuwel did not pitch and the G.A. official whom I asked for help just gave me the cold shoulder. Why are they not consistent? The Retreat line busses are running okay.

The morning( Bellville -Mowbray 08:05) driver was tops....100%. Bus driver told me where to stand for the Bellville bus on my way back....good service from the driver .Waited for the 11:50 bus back...their was a bus with Kraaifontein on the front of a bus and as he drove off....he changed it to Bellville. Now for us thats not familiar where busses stand in Mowbray, this is upsetting. As he has parked in front of the shops. So we missed the bus and have to do taxi which took as an hour to get to Bellville from Mowbray.

Ive been taking Golden Arrow buses my whole life and always found them reliable... Always on time... No other feeling comes close to what you get when hailing a bus that has your destination on its display. Me as a Capetonians falls prey, lots of times to negativety surrounding our government but seldom recognise what great infrastructure we have. Golden Arrow works well

Generally Inspectors are not very helpful especially in Cape Town next to the Grand Parade, but on this day as I travelled from Mowbray, not only were the Inspector on duty very helpful, but also informed me when and which bus to take and were looking out for me. Very well done to this Inspector by Tramways.

Waited for almost a hour on a city bus in peak time. Pathetic
