Tom was absolutely brilliant. He did all the repairs my company (based at Century City in Cape Town) needed done to our office premises before the premises were handed back to the landlord. His work was meticulous, and was completed comfortably within our tight time schedule. He went over and above what was asked in helping to fulfill our obligations to the landlord, and offered invaluable advice regarding structural issues at the premises which saved our company money. We will definitely use his services again.
