Firstly, receptionist tells you shes busy and will call back. Call back never happened even after my 2nd call. Secondly, why cant you exchange a load of bricks which you dont like or doesnt match even if you pay the difference if more expensive for another brick? They tell you there has to be something wrong with the brick to exchange. Never heard of such.
