This morning I experienced the following extremely rude behavior of two of The Beer Labs staff:(I received my kit for making beer some 15 years ago and have successfully made batches of five dozen bottles since then)Some two weeks ago I gave my capper (a blue one) to my son to bottle apple cider. I approached the Beer Lab for a replacement.The gave me a black capper, which just didnt work. At the Beer Lab the youngster behind the counter tried to get the capper to work. It didnt for him. I was then given a red one in a box (made in Italy.I made a batch of sixty and battled to cap the bottles. After battling for and hour and a half I finished and threw away 10 caps.Your staff member after laughing said you again (as if it was my fault the capper did not work.He tried two bottles and successfully capped them. He handed it to the other assistant who failed to make it work - that he said was because he had sprained the tendon of his hand . With that the assistant handed my money back for the capper and said: I will not supply you with any bottling equipment ever just ingredients With that he turned his back on me and I left the shop - never to return

Absolutely fabulous service. I ordered this as a Christmas gift and only placedbmy order on on Friday and was concerned that it might not arrive in time but the courier company delivered on Sunday morning Thank you.

Used to brew beer and always had great service from Lynnae and team.Have recently retired to Knysna and started distilling.One has to accept the almost impossible conditions regarding imports and business in general under lockdown, but hats off to everyone there. I still get my stuff as soon as humanly possible.

Went to buy supplies for an automated brewery project i was working on and got great customer service as well as friendly advise that helped me on my way to brewing my first beer. Prices are better compared to other brewing supply stores. Will definitely come around again soon.

Awesome selection of items for brewing your own beer, including partial mash kits. Also, the class they offer is amazing. Its only six people in a class though so be sure to book in advance!

A helpful group of people with in depth knowledge to help new and experianced brewers. They have a large variety of malts and hops available, but their yeast selection could be slightly expanded to include more Belgian/Dutch styles.
