Fun filled activity for the whole family whether you are bowling or not. Kids had a blast and after we played a few games of billiards. Though the pool cues had no tips and the table slanted offside a bit.....

Lots of fun for large groups of friends to get out and have abit of friendly competition. Bowling alley is clean and staff friendly and willing to help.R50 per person per game, no bowling shoes required anymore, so make sure you wear appropriate foot wear!

Dont go here!! It may say its open on the internet, but in actual fact its closed! My friends and I went there, but when we got there it was completely closed and a mall guard said it had been closed for months now!! Im disappointed that they still proclaim on the internet that theyre open!

Eish the machines/system breaks often and it takes ages to get it fixed. Slightly overpriced... but fun now and then.

It is always fun to go bowling. Unfortunately there are major renovations in the building so it is not that pleasant. The lanes are also not always working so well. Usually it is a good idea to book in advance. Generally it is a fun place to visit though

Lets go bowling is in my opinion a rather fun away to have a social evening with a group of friends or even a great way to do a bit of team building with work colleagues. What to me was the highlight is that I could bowl in my own shoes and not have to wear shoes worn by a multitude of people before me. Refreshments are on sale, the environment is lively, great upbeat music and all round fun is guaranteed. At R 50 per game its truly good value for money, great fun for family outings as well.

Whoever operates this place takes little pride in keeping the place clean and functional. It is generally really run down and equipment is old as heck. Staff are not well trained and lack any enthusiasm. This could be a great place if managed properly.

We popped in for a game. Neat and tidy. We had a few problems with the lectins to get our game on track but they came and sorted us put. We had a great time!

We went on a Saturday morning during school holidays and we didnt have a booking. They were fully booked but the lady made a plan for us to play. There were a few technical difficulties and we kept on having to ask for help. It also seems like theres only one person there to do everything. Otherwise a good experience!

I love bowling, so its always great however, I wish the staff members were more friendly and willing to help as the machines tend to get stuck often. So if you are the type who seeks friendly efficient service? This isnt the place for you yet if you enjoy bowling as much as I do, youll bite through that experience to enjoy the next hour or two.

This is a great place to chill with a group of friends. I just wish they would finish renovating already. Last time I went there, in August, a guy was hiding behind those nets waiting to rob us but stopped when he saw another group of people coming in behind us. I dont even know if he had any weapons but I was quite freaked out because I was with my 2yr old son.

Affordable EVERYTHING! Bowling is cheap, drinks are not too badly priced as well as snacks and food. Its also real close to the games arcade, so bring ya kids or just go out with ya friends. Its a fun experience.

Good budget family fun but the place is a bit run down. Its very relaxed, and quite empty at the times we have been. Theres no shoe hire so you can wear your outdoor shoes.No score card print out at the end, just whats on the screen.

Perhaps it will be awesome once all the work is completed at stadium on main. Bowling was great though.

Its okay. The mall that this bowling alley is in, is still under construction, so theres a weird smell. The bowling alley itself is fine, but you dont get bowling shoes, so you have to take comfy shoes yourself.

Awesome place to entertain both kids and adults. Ten pin bowling as well as a games arcade. Kiddies parties can be hosted at ten pin bowling as well. Something different to do with the kids

Oooh loved .... had an awesome time... though my shoulders was sore afterwards🤪🤣... the group of people you go with makes it even more AWESOME!!!... reason for my 4 stars... how do u close your shop (chips, drinks, chocolates , etc) when you have a place packed with people.. had to go over to Cavendish just to buy beverages... but besides that, I had a great time

Pleasant staff, but in general the place seems a little run down. Can be luck of the draw whether you get good service or not. The management just dont really seem to be interested in actually running this establishment. Pity because it is fun and ideal for groups.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Although the lanes are a little tired it was great fun and the removable lane barriers ensure that the little ones have a more enjoyable experience than would usually be the case. There is a bar and smoking area and a games arcade and short mini golf course to round out the experience. The food is extremely reasonable and surprisingly good for the price.

The place is still under construction so its not easy to find the place for your first time. Bowling was fun. They also have a bar with a pool table, mini golf and little fast food place. I think if the place was not under construction I was going to enjoy it more. But it took us 15 minutes to find the place. For first impression thats not impressive.

The price to bowl is great - only R40! The place hasnt been upgraded or modified since I was a child though and really is getting a bit grimey. Still a fun experience however.

Fun was had by all, kids and adults alike. Good value for money. There are many shops in the surrounding area to visit while the kids are have fun. Thats if bowling is not your thing.

I really want to give 5 stars, the bowling was awesome and loads of fun. Unfortunately with the construction work in the mall, the drilling and Jack hammers made things a little unpleasant, but this too shall pass. The lost star was due to the coffee machine being out of order and none of the shops upstairs had coffee, or had no beans, such a shame really

I grew up coming to S.O.M and this is still one of my favorite hang outs .The upgrades and renos have made this quite the interesting place to come to once again .Very nicely put together .WD! guys check it out if your in the area .

Fun for couples and groups. Their bowling machines need repairs, we had to move lanes 3 times. However on the ball staff and a real fun and safe hang out.

Good fun, when the lanes work! Scary place to go with all the construction going on - you literally are walking on a construction site to get to the venue. Went twice, each time lanes were faulty.

Nice upgrade but staff unfriendly and unhelpful. One lady working who hardly greeted or smiled. No one to assist. Most of the staff were playing pool. Eventually a cleaning lady assisted us.

What a disappointment! It seemed like a reasonably priced holiday/ potential party venue, however, broken equipment, shockingly defensive customer service means I will not return unless staff are retrained in dealing with customers and service delivery.

The service is absolutely shocking. When we arrived the woman at the counter was grumpy and had no intentions of assisting us. The equipment was broken, we had to fix the rails ourselves twice. The cost was R50 pp. Although the decor is nice and gives off a good vibe I dont think I will be going back anytime soon.

My first time and I had 69 points. They are renovating the place but it is still fun with friends.

I just want to commend Wendy from lets, go bowling Claremont on her outstanding customer service. We were hosting a kids, birthday party and due to rain had to change the venue last minute. We called the lets go bowling in Centurion no answer as their lines, have been down since Thursday (we discovered ) so we took a, chance and called the branch in Claremont to get an alternative no for Centurion. Wendy answered our call suggested that she call the owner of the Centurion Tshwane and sort it out and get the owner to Call us. She, asked us, when we wanted to go amd how many kids, etc. Within 30 min R C the owner at the Centurion branch called us and accommodated us. We were bowled over with the service we received today. We certainly have very helpful and kind people out there, that work together and nothing was, too much trouble for Wendy who is sitting all the way in Cape Town and we in Centurion. Thank you to Wendy and Rc our day was made special

They closed for a few months for renovations but since they reopened I cant see what they renovated; looks much the same to me. Notwithstanding its nice having a bowling venue in the area.

My son loved this placed, so much its now his favourite spot.The chicken wings are brilliant.

Service is lacking professionalism. Great atmosphere for group outings.

Maintenance desperately needed. Its fun and cheap to pay here, but its rundown and dirty. Be prepared to ask for help with pin and ball return issues regularly.

My son and I always have our fun day here. It is guaranteed that the experience is always playful and fun for both adults and the kids.

It was enjoyable but the only problem was the lady that was at the front desk was very abrupt and did not explain that we had to make a booking. She had no people skills and did not explain the procedure when we got there. I enjoyed the bowling part but the customer service can be improved.

I was going to book in advance but when I read online under Thursday. It said you can’t book and it’s “first come first serve”. I decided to get there fairly early to not miss out but upon arriving I was told by a very rude, arrogant employee that they are fully booked and I should have booked in advance. I told her I didn’t book because of what the website said. She then said “you can’t book the special but you can book for the normal price” or something along those lines. The website is misleading and the staff is extremely rude. I’m disgusted by their service or lack there of.

Extremely poorly managed, lanes & equipment faulty, staff & management not clued up on general business & customer service etiquette. Weve tried going there 3 times in recent months for team building & each time it was the same story or worse. We were not allowed to bring food inside, some of the staff ordered food there and most had runny tummies afterwards. Please sell the place so thay someone else can turn it around.

As my birthday treat, had to take my daughters and nephew bowling and with Stadium on Main being the closest, opted to go there. First thing the kids told me (as theyve been there before), park at Cavendish Centre then they can use the loos there before we go as you have to pay R2 to use the toilets at Lets Go Bowling - My nephew was not impressed with his previous visit of the toilets.The alley is on the lower floor and the escalator was not working and the up side out of order so people going up and down had to use the same and when we arrived, a couple of people came up so we had to wait before we could go down. The bowling itself was not so bad - I havent been there in ages myself. Many of the balls had cracks in the finger holes. The holes in the balls for the kids was much too small as their fingers could not fit.My youngest wanted a coke and that cost R15 for a dumpy - rather expensive. For a Friday, it was not too busy. We had fun though and it was only R50 per person to play.

I was a little disappointed in the lack of variety in the arcade games. I remembered so many more when I was younger. My nephews still had a good time though (different generation).

Dont let the construction work deceive you, this bowling spot is a really decent spot. After some rounds of bowling give the arcade a shot, will make for a good outing.

We went there for team building in the evening. It was enjoyable, however the facilities were not up to scratch. Our alley got jammed a few times so we had to eventually swap over to another alley. The chicken strips and chips portions were very small for the price we paid and we had stomach problems the next day. I also had numerous problems with sending through proof of payment. I sent at least 3 emails with the proof of payment, yet they still didnt get it- very irritating. We eventually had to show them on their PC the proof of payment before they saw it. I also found it ridiculous that we had to pay to use the toilets.

Too much fun, but you have to wait which can be annoying. The place was under construction as well so its not necessarily inviting, not enough chairs, space a bit cramped.

Place looked great, service was great. Line was hectic, best have a booking.

Bowling is always fun however the bowling alley in a serious need of an upgrade.

Its a pretty decent bowling alley and good spot for a work event. The Stadium on Main building itself is a bit dingy and in need of a revamp which would raise the level of this bowling alley as well.

The bowling was fun, but the fiod was cold chips very oily, the chiken wrap very dry. If they can work on this it would be a fun place to go to!!
