I took my mom to get a mother of the bride dress. We were treated like absolute queens. Sadicka who helped us was exceptional - knew exactly what colours/styles/alterations to suggest. Helpful, hands-on, took her time and truly made this experience memorable. Seldom find stores who take such good care anymore! One happy mother of the bride and bride left their store today!

Found the colour dress I wanted but they didnt have my size in stock so I could not really judge how it would fit in the correct size. The floor length dress was too short for me. Sat above my ankle but Jacobas assistant was very helpfull and said the could add on 20 cm length to my dress, change the sleeves if need be or swop one skirt part for another. She was very helpful and gave me good service. 4 stars cause they didnt have my size.

I would definitely recommend Jacoba Clothing. I browsed through their online catalogue and chose a Jacoba creation for a glam event that I attended. I chose a particular dress but in a different colour. Two days later my dress was ready for collection. I absolutely loved how it fit like a glove even though I never tried it on. Their cuts and fabrics are flattering to any size or shape,and a real bonus for me, it required absolutely no steaming. I absolutely loved all the personal touches, such as the hand written tag on the dress with my name on it. Made with love.

The lady (unfortunately we did not ask her bake) was extremely helpful, despite us not having an appointment and even though we came near to closing time, she never rushed us. Will place my order next week. Im the mother of the bride.

I have visited Jacoba numerous times and have had wonderful service each time I have visited. They made my wedding dress at short notice and have made a few dresses for myself as well as some family and friends. They continue to create new styles and they are willing to adjust a dress to suit your body or style. A lovely shop to get a dress made for a special occasion.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to Anna and Malikah at Jacoba Clothing for their wonderful support and assistance and professional service when I recently had to buy a dress for an upcoming wedding. Anna was endlessly patient on my initial visit to the boutique, bringing dress after dress for me to try and giving valuable advice along the way until I found the dress I loved. The boutique was extremely busy on the Saturday I arrived to collect my dress but Malikah was cool, calm and collected, making sure that each customer received her undivided attention. I dreaded this whole dress buying affair but Anna and Malikah turned it into a positive experience and from now on Jacoba Clothing will be the only boutique I turn to whenever I need a special occasion dress. In my book theyre THE A TEAM!!
