I struggle to work out what to do about my clothes going in with no problem, but coming back without a zipper.The Village Square branch were more customer service oriented, but they moved to Stikland.

The staff are always friendly, helpful with suggestions and their work os good.

The staff are super friendly and always look in a good mood! Been using them since 2016 for my bedding and towels,and I have never had a single article lost or damaged. I took 1 star off because the management dontbother to greet their loyal clients. Look at us as if we were dragged into laundry. A friendly hi and smile go a long way.

Took laundry in Friday morning for an Airbnb.Was bedding for 3 beds and a few towels.They can not confirm if it will be done by 2pm Saturday afternoon.Unfortunately I did not have a good experience.

Horrible place, was told Id be contacted before mending was done to confirm the price and when the clothes were done. A week later i had to contact them and found out all the clothes were done without my permission and had to pay an excessive amount due to them not contacting me at all. Poor service.
