I can honestly say I had the worst customer experience I have had. for a long time with the Write shoppe today. I spend may thousands of rands with the company each month and visit at least weekly and am well known to the staff, and when I found myself with an emergency today, where my daughter had to have a canvas for her matric. project and I was not able to make to the shop before closing time and asked them to drop a canvas at the coffee shop next door for me to pick up after closing time and come and pay tomorrow they refused. The owner even came on the line and said she was not prepared to as this was not. company policy this was a 150 rand decision which has now cost around 3000 rand per month. It was a real eye opener and the best example I have seen in a long time of how not to treat longstanding loyal customers.

Shoprite is a very convenient shopping store and it stocks all the brands I like to buy.The staff are friendly and if you have a Xtra card there are often good discounts in the store

I bought a thing of paint from this shop, my card was declined I then payed cash. after I had left the money was taken off my account, I went back and they wouldnt refund me. I waited 24hr later in case the money would reflect back and it hasnt. no one is helping me Ive called numerous times and nothing is being resolved and they threw my slip away and cant find it on their system.

I have to drive over the mountain to get art supplies. In particular fabric at supplies. So this write shoppe is my go-to.

Service is always good even in the back to school rush. Good selection of stock but some of the basics like pens and pencils are quite pricey compared to other shops. Tend to let this slide for the convenience of being able to get everything on the schools list in one place.

Reasonably good selection of art product - paint, paper, pencils, canvas, brushes, etc. The staff get friendlier as they get to know you.

They have a range of quality products. They are there for anyone needing a cheap pen to an artist thats been painting for years. They have it all.

Friendly and helpful staff, emailed my documents and had them in hand within 2 min. If you want things printed quickly for your visa rather use The write Shoppe, and Postnet does not have working internet thus they cannot help with anything.
