Be warned...Bought a boiler from these guys and have only had issues with product and service. It started with old used components in the new boiler, an unsafe vibrating fan, and soot build-up rendering the boiler unfit for purpose.After major hassle, they came out to fix it, but issues with wobbling fan and soot build-up persists. Now they refuse to come fix it even though the boiler is still under warranty. They expect us to pay for taking the boiler out and bringing it to their premise so they can inspect it.

The worst company ever to work with! Took in a heater in July and 3 months later in September the heater is not fixed. Every single time you call, theres always a story. You leave a message to be called back and you never get called back. If you were looking for a place to service your heater I would never advise Cape Boiler. You are wasting your time!
