I have been working with Nicole over the last several months and cannot say enough about how wonderful she is! I have had other deep tissue massages for occupational strains and tensions over the years, but Nicoles expertise goes well beyond just the massage. This is probably due to her training and background in sports science - she has been able to give key tips on how to prevent stress and strain and helped isolate trouble spots. To add, she is a genuinely warm and caring person and that really carries through to the work that she does and to the experience of the massage as a whole. I would (and have!) recommended Nicole to friends wholeheartedly!
