The Ocean Safari was great. The guide (Lorenzo) was knowledgeable and made a huge effort to make the experience as much fun as possible. 5/5 star experience. Thank you.Unfortunately, the booking experience could use some work. The office was largely unresponsive. Phones werent answered and messages ignored. When I eventually got in touch with the office, I was told the booking was done. It is partly my fault for booking at the last minute, but service was definitely sub-par. A simple confirmation sooner would have spared us much stress and anxiety.Overall, would recommend. Just make sure you book well in advance to spare yourself some unnecessary stress.

Terrrrrrible service, very arrogant and rude. I live abroad and contacted their Whatsapp number to ask some questions, no response, when I sent another message to ask if this is their number I was just replied with go look on the website... youd think that after covid these people want some business, but clearly not.

Can I give a negative 5 stars? My sister and I had a sunrise safari booked for Sept 16. 2021. They no showed. We were there before 7 am and waited for about a 1/2 hour in the wind and cold for nothing. We had been looking forward to this excursion for a while. They didnt message to cancel/reschedule. I suggest finding a reputable company to book with.

Really enjoyed our time. Went for a 90 minute sunset cruise. Was very happy to see that Covid Protocols were adhered to. Had some free entertainment on board with the hilarious crew members. This Catamaran and its crew comes highly recommended and obvsly CT scenery even more beautiful at sea.

Had one of the best cruises ever. Grew discounts on tickets. Very friendly staff. Excellent choice of music which ties in with a celebratory mood!! Highly recommended

I specifically used southern cross boat. We enjoyed the ride. They explained everything we could see from sea. It was very educational. The sea breeze is cold so you must dress a bit warm. Super amazing

Waterfront charters are scoundrels and thieves! They allow you to make online payments and then they cancel trips. If you are lucky enough to get a refund (it took me two weeks of unhappy emails and phone calls) they deduct a 10% processing fee. Easy peasy money!

My partner and I got engaged on a boat ride, the serenity one boat unforgettable experience the staff are friendly and made our day special.Well organized and safety is crucial. We saw whales and dolphins on the 25 February 2019. Absolutely amazing

A lovely boating experience through the V&A Waterfronts canals, using earbuds to listen to the stories behind some of the buildings and boats - and we saw some seals sunning themselves in tyres on the waterfront walls!

It was awesome. Staff are not stuck up friendly guys and they really make you feel comfortable..#loveit

Was most helpful.Then secondly to Harley, Max and Daniel on the day of the boat. They made our experience super fun and were so helpful. We made use of Waterfront Charters for a morning boat ride around Table Bay in the Enigma (Grey Goose).The boat was in pristine condition, with ample viewing decks at the front, back and 360 degree views from the roof.Ours was a somber occasion because we intended to spread the ashes of my mother over the bay, as she loved the sea. Twelve members of our family joined us on the boat.I would like to say a very big thank you to the crew – Gary, Max and Harley – for their care and professionalism on the day.Even the music playlist was so relevant to our occasion, and I commend the crews intuition. They were really friendly and sent us off with some kind and wise words at the end.If you’re looking for a charter service that will bend over backwards to meet your needs, then there is no better option than Waterfront Charters.

What an awesome experience! We booked the speedboat trip. It was a windy day which made the sea quite choppy which only made the experience even better. The skipper was friendly and knowledgeable providing information on the surroundings as we went out to sea. We were also lucky enough to see two sun fish. Highly recommended experience.

Such an amazing experience. Even though the weather was cold, the people were warm and made an already great ride, more enjoyable. We were told at the beginning that the sea was a bit rough, but offered a refund if werent able to go far. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

My experience with the sunset and champagne cruise was blissful. The staff on deck are incredibly friendly and do their best to make you as comfortable as possible. We didnt see much of the sunset as the clouds created a thick barrier around it, but we DID happen to see three or four whales in a short distance. We could hear their bellows and the boat stopped in a pleasant distance so we could admire their tales slamming against the surface of the sea, accompanied by loud bellows and whistles . Do remember that lots of alcohol can be and is served, resulting in a few drunk passengers that could ruin your experience depending on how easily bothered you are.

Was wonderful experience

We booked a sunset champaign cruise. The boat and the crew were fine. What I could not understand was, that it was obvious before the start of the cruise, that it was too foggy out on sea to enjoy the sunset in any way. The boat moved directly into an area of thick fog (less than 50 meters of sight). We could see nothing but fog. I would have expected the company to say: Hey guys, well cancel the trip, as you gonna see nothing today, and well give you a refund or another try the next day.

We were made to feel very welcome on their newest addition to their fleet, enjoying a great trip out including a beautiful spot to drop anchor, and view the stunning sunset, whilst sipping champagne. Whilst the chap selling the charter got a bit carried away by offering free drinks and snacks on board, it did not detract from the fantastic cruise that it was! Well done guys and Thanks!

This was my trip on a yacht... The staff in the office and especially on the yacht.... Super awesome. What an exhilarating experience... I want to do this everyday, wish it was possible.

1 hour Sailing on Serenity One with Hilton, Hennie and the durbanite with the shaggy hair. These gents made the experience grand, with all sorts of facts and info. Dolphins and Seal sightings! We were absolutely happy with this wonderful experience and with the gentleman who welcomed us onto their boat with smiles and good vibes.

The views are great out at sea but you can receive better service, cleaner boats/bathrooms and attractive boats at the same price in the waterfront. They have a limited selection of drinks available and seating options cannot accommodate everyone in the most comfortable way.

We did not enjoy the Champagne Sunset Cruise. We did not expect a Crèche, thought its exclusively for adults as it’s champagne 🥂 after all. Very hot and uncomfortable inside. We really don’t understand how can a champagne sunset cruise be so unorganized. From queues, signing in. Till you on the sea princess it’s ridiculous.jolly Rodger and sea princess people were in same queue. 😳😳. We enjoyed the 13:00 with the Serenity. thats the standard we were hoping for. My husband booked a one hour trip for 4 people for my birthday on Serenity One. We arrived on time but the trip started 15 minutes late due to latecomers, whom the Skipper chose to wait for. We didnt complain as we assumed that the trip would be extended 15 minutes, and we would get the full hour. We had a lovely ride, but only 45 minutes. This upset us as we had paid for an hour for 4 people. When we mentioned it politely to the skipper, rather then explain or apologise, he was aggressive and rude, and refused to listen, saying that he did not have the authority to extend the trip and we should take it up with the office. However, he did seem to have the authority to delay the trip and deprive us of our full experience! His unprofessional behaviour upset us and ruined a special evening. Would not recommend.
