Took boat in for repairs on Fibreglass work on outmounts. After two weeks they call to say they have a buyer for the boat???? Then almost two weeks after that they call to say that they won’t do the job. (Too risky? Even though we gave full permission to do the glass work with risks associated)This is not my first disappointment with Magson and I won’t try support again

Very nicely laid out shop and boat dealership. I havent had my boat serviced here but my friend has and hasnt always been impressed. Wouldnt say theyre bad at servicing Mastercrafts but just be careful when getting your boat back as some issues can find their way in

Paul is a great communicator and is an asset to Magson Marine. He has always gone out of his way to provide excellent service and to keep me informed as to warantee repairs and others. He is always courteos and polite.

Purchased a Clifton XXX from Ernie. Absolutely brilliant service from Ernie and has team. He has answered questions night and day, including weekends. The craftsmanship on the recovering of my seats and respraying of my boat was flawless. Ernie went well above and beyond what was expected in this purchase.
