I have been dealing with Ark for many years now. So my review is not just based on one experience. Firstly they produce the best inflatable raft in the world. I have done many hundreds of hours in ARK rafts and never had one let me down. What more do you want on the water when reliability is the most important factor. Thanks guys!

Brilliant service, excellent quality products that last way longer than their 5 year guarantee. Arguably the best inflatable boat manufacturer in the Western Cape, South Africa and always willing to improve through good customer feedback and innovation.( they dont give boats to NSRI for free to gain business, but work with clients to finetune their designs)

It has to rate among the worst experience as a walk in customer ever. Tip, call before pitching up and check if they havent just moved or if its just a bad day for a potential customer or if the policy is still leave it here, we will get back to you in a few weeks
