I first experienced the shutters at the showroom at Northgate, where I was allowed to stand on them to see how strong they are!

I bought the shutters from one of Blockhouse’ agents. After the agent failed to successfully resolve the issues post installation, Blockhouse intervened and sent their technician, Jason. He removed and repaired all the affected shutters within one day. I’m grateful to Blockhouse and especially to Jason for his patience, determination and great attitude.

After the initial authorised agent that installed our Blockhouse shutters absconded, they proactively contacted me to inform me that they will be honouring the guarantee on the shutters.Shortly thereafter one of the shutters gave some problems due to faulty installation, and I contacted them. Within a few hours they had one of their senior installers on site, who did a temporary fix, and committed to replace the damaged parts.To my utter surprise they stuck to their word : they arrived at the agreed time, replaced the wheels with an upgraded design and replaced the slightly damaged track. Everything done professionally and quickly without any hassles.This was service excellence like I have not experienced in years !
