Thank you to the Cycle Teknix team!!! Your service, both customer and mechanical, were excellent. I did the Cycle Tour last weekend and my beat-up mountain bike was a dream to ride. Their service took almost a week, but this is because there was a lot to work on and they were waiting for part.s Having it back it rides very smoothly, came back with everything I wanted fixed/replaced, cleaned, and they even shined the tires. The whole follow up and quoting process was well communicated, and I thank all the people involved from the gentleman at the Kenilworth branch, t othe guys servicing and following up with phone calls. This is very good service and although I wont need to return for a few months, I am looking forwrad to visiting Cycle teknix again. Other bike shops can learn from you

I sent in two bicycles for a full service, a road bike and a TT bike. Despite being very busy the guys worked to ensure I had both bikes back and fully serviced with the issues sorted out by Friday for my weekend ride. Graham at Kenilworth went out of his way to ensure I got my bikes, to the extent of personally delivering them on Friday afternoon.Excellent bike service and excellent client service.
