Ive changed my initial rating of 1 star to 5. Ebrahim was sent out to the Cafe and wow from the beginning he was very professional. We got another fridge, stock was delivered and we very happy having the Jive brand still in the Cafe. Thank you!--------------First encounterTry to phone them and you will be amazed of their etiquette. I phoned and phoned the lady put my call through but dropped it I phoned back again then 17 calls was ignored. Then she picked the phone up again after the 17th time. I asked her why they not picking up the phone it was before 16h00 and she then put phone down. I tried to phone back but engaged tone.Why do we as customers get treated in such a manner? Why doesnt an establishment as big as Jive dont have professional people on board?I just want to return my Jive fridge. Please get in contact with me.

I have a problem with an 2ltr Jive cooldrink tgat I purchased. I called the customer service number that appear on the label, 011 number. I phoned yesterday afternoon and again this morning, on both occasions I was transferred to a number that does not exist and then cut off. I phoned for a third time and was told to send an e-mail which I did today at 09:29, it is now 18:06 and I’m yet to be contacted by anyone from The Beverage Company. Needless to say, I will not buy their products and will discourage all family members to do the same.😡😡😡😡😡
