Staff at this store are amazing. So helpful and friendly. Didnt have exactly what I wanted but went with the suggested alternative

Hi thereI would just like to voice a complaint. I was at your shop in Table View yesterday for the second time buying quite a few items that I needed. Your main staff member, not sure of her name was extremely rude both this time and last time. She would follow me, ask me so many questions but not in a helpful way and get irritable with me taking my time and thinking about my decisions. I was going to be spending a lot of money so I took my time to decide, I wasnt wasting anyones time or expecting her her help. She would walk after me fixing and sorting and questioning where things were, had I put them back in the right place, my son wasnt allowed to touch the blanket he loved and wanted me to buy, she told him a few times to stop and got annoyed (even though I bought it in the end). I found her rude, irritable, rushing me and watching every move that I made in the shop. This was actually the second time that I have been uncomfortable in your shop under these circumstances with this staff member and I wont be back again because of it. I will rather shop at a different branch from now on. The first time I went was before Covid and the experience was the same, but I didnt feel a need to complain and brushed it off, now the second time during Covid, which is no excuse for her behaviour and I feel a need to complain as I felt like it was an awful and uncomfortable experience. That wasnt a pleasant staff member being helpful, that was a rude, annoyed and unhappy person making my shopping experience unpleasurable. I ended up spending a lot of money again, but will take my business to another branch next time.I would like your feedback please.Regards

I enjoy her knowledge, i always feel like going to my moms for an advise on something i need to buy for my house.i really like her. I live 800m away from whitehouse sandown crossing but i keep choosing tableview because of great service.😊
