So after my initial complaint the Manager of the store Vanessa reached out to me and after having a chat with her about my disappointment she offered to replace the defective item with something else. I also met with her personally and she was very warm and accomadating and as a result i have changed my review score from a one to a four. She was also very personal and super friendly. So i will definitely return in future!!!

They dont open on time, they were all standing at the tills. When it was time to open, then manager only started putting the money in the tills at 09.13am .Get in the line. We 7 in the line. But the line is not moving. I stand in a line for another few minutes till I get helped.What I dont understand, they were standing talking before the store was open. Why was that not sorted out before the store opens. Im disappointed and I dont think you will be seeing me again

My go to for dropping off items for Paxi courier and general homeware purchases. Friendly and helpful staff. The store size leads to congested queues sometimes but thankfully the service is quite swift.

Their Paxi courier service managed to smash my delivery (after it being delayed by a whole extra week) and then tell me they dont accept fragile goods.
