The stuff is very friendly and helpful

The company owns me money after I have returned the mattress I bought due to size.I have told them that I dont want a refund but another mattress but to date I am still waiting for a call back.I have become a nuisance and a joke to these people because of the constant calls I have been making following up on the empty call back promises.I have decided to trace the directors of this company to arrange a meeting and show them proof of the times I have been calling their store ,the number of trips I have made to their store from the security log book and the date when I paid for the mattress.This whole experience started in January 2020 and its mid March 2020.I am going to make another call this morning (19 th March 2020) just for the record and not expecting any good news.Justice
