My experience with PBS was absolutely delightful. I ordered a bed from PBS on Monday and it was delivered within 24 hours. Absolutely great service all around from the entire team.A big plus for me was that they could answer all my questions via WhatsApp instead of me calling them.The bed is also very comfortable.Will definitely recommend them.

I ordered my bed on Thursday afternoon at about 15h00 and asked for it to be delivered on Friday. Gary was so friendly and said hed make sure it was delivered on time.On Friday morning I received a call to make sure Id be home at 11h00 and was pleasantly surprised when their very friendly delivery team arrived 15 minutes early.The bed is so comfortable and the service was excellent - they moved the old bed out and then unwrapped and positioned the new bed where I wanted it. They also offer to get rid of your old bed for you.Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Peninsula Bed Sales. I bought a mattress from them yesterday around 9am and it was delivered around 1:30pm and took away the old one. I live very close to their location. I did it via WhatsApp and Gary was very helpful, kind, efficient helpful. If you want prompt efficient and kind service, Peninsula Bed Sales is the definitely where you should go.

I ordered the Symphony bed set form PBS around end of July and I am very impressed with my purchase. Not only was it affordable, but the quality is great! I ordered over the phone and was assisted by Meagan who made the whole process very simple, including coordinating the delivery time. Id definitely recommend them, theyre the best.

Gary walked us through the whole process patiently until we made a decision on the bed to purchase. The delivery was seamless and the guys helped us move our old bed to another room. We are extremely happy with our new bed. Thank you PBS for the professionalism and customer obsession.

Great service here! The salesperson, Erica was really helpful with explaining the process of each bed, and was honest with regards to which is best to purchase. She recommends a bed for your specific needs.The beds are good quality for an even better price! They also sell bedside tables, fleecy blankets and foam pillows.

Less than 24 hours ago, I had not even heard of Peninsula Bed Sales and was looking everywhere for a new bed.A friend recommended them to me so we went to their shop to see their options. Lauren assisted us from the moment we walked through the door and was excellent. What we loved most is their adaptablitly to fit to our needs, and that their pricing is transparent & affordable.We were paid up & done in less than 30min.This morning we got a call that our delivery would be by us between 9am and 10am; and they were dead on time. The best service ever. Jarred from N1 city was on point and efficient. It took us all but 5 mins to decide that we purchasing a bed for our son. Paid for the bed at about 3pm and 3:30pm half and hour later three bed was delivered to our home. I have never had such excellent service and now my dad is interested in purchasing a bed as well.
