Is a very secured guest house affordable price and menus

Tian is a great host. Great place to stay. Very friendly. He makes you feel at home. He is a fantastic Chef. Good location. And u still have all the privacy as if u staying in your own house. Glad we chose this place.

T-house is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood just five minute walk from the University of Cape Town. The room we stayed in is big and clean; the bed and pillows are comfortable; The living area and dinning area in the house is spacious and furbished stylishly. We had breakfast in the balcony every morning with a beautiful view of Table Mountain in distance. We enjoyed not only good food but also good company of our friendly hosts, Tian and Jason.in brief, staying in T-house added extra value to our visit to Cape Town.

We had an amazing stay at T House. Tian & Johnson were wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable, had all the amenities we needed and the breakfasts were great. The surrounding area is quite beautiful too, lots of good walks, close to the university and Table Mountain. Highly recommended!

This is great place if you want to be close to the University of Cape Town campus. Its also located very close to a super market, a pharmacy, atm machines and restaurants.The host (Tian) is excellent and pays attention to detail. He works hard to make sure you feel at home. He is also very knowledgeable about Cape Town. The staff is also friendly. I highly recommend this place.👍🏾

This hidden gem is a real home-away-from-home experience, only with more elegant surroundings and beautiful garden. If you are traveling with pets, this dog-friendly haven is the perfect accommodation choice. If you just want a quiet place to work or study, T House is ideal. Friendly, calming, and cosy.

The T house is a great place to stay and relax if you are in Cape Town, especially if you are going to the UCT. The hotel is on Campus, so it is within walking distance to the university, which makes it very easy to travel in the morning and avoids the trouble brought by traveling in a foreign city. The host, Tian, is amazing, who clearly decorated the whole place with a loving heart. He goes out his ways to make every guest to feel it just like home. We especially appreciate his trip advises in the morning, which turns out to be a great day of adventure of the city. The room is clean and well-maintained, too. Great place to relax after a day of travel or business meetings in the university.

I had the pleasure of living in its double room. The room itself is cozy and comfortable. My room has direct access to the garden. En-suite bathroom, study table, etc, its got everything you need and everything that makes your stay convenient. The host is incredibly friendly. I enjoy the fact that the host dines with the guest. The entire house is filled with cultural atmosphere. You share the story of yours and listen to those of others, with a pot of tea or some glasses of wine, while the classic beatles music being played in the background. A very special experience is guaranteed if you choose the T House.

What a lovely house to stay in while in Cpt. So much character, love and harmony. Tian is such a blessing and an excellent host. The location is perfect for both quiet and ideal for guest who are looking to be out & about sightseeing. Central to some of Cape Towns best outdoor activities

Great guesthouse in walking distance from UCT. Friendly owner and staff. However, the constant dog barking is not conducive to the academic environment being established. The barking is annoying and irritating - even for me as a dog lover. I think it is overpriced at R1200/night but I guess if one consider it to be walking distance from UCT it is priced accordingly.

Such a pleasure to stay at the T House. From the minute I arrived the hospitality and service was second to none. WiFi in the car from the airport, fresh coffee on arrival, wonderful location close to UCT and plentiful information on request. Thank you Tian, Johnson, Amos and the rest of the team!!

T House is a wonderful, lovely, open, and warm-hearted place in Cape Town! Everyone who seeks a caring and knowledgeable host who takes his time to share any information or advice on Cape Town would love to stay here. The area is saveto walk around and the location is perfect for everybody working with UCT which can be reached within 5min walking. I loved staying at T House, it is a perfect start to your Cape Town expeience :)
